Snapshot Statistics

 

The Snapshot Statistics section displays the aggregate count and batch total of the displayed data, by Type. Changing the filter settings will result in the update of snapshot statistics.

Description

Delete the selected item. Not available if batch status is Derived or Deleted.

Accesses transaction detail data for the selected batch, displaying the Incoming ACH Transactions Search page.

Accepts the batch, indicating that no further action is to be taken on the batch or its transactions.  Available only if the batch status is Distributed.

Refreshes the table listing and retrieves newly posted Incoming ACH Batches.

Searches for data within the displayed table listing.

Allows user to filter, sort and apply column settings in the table listing view.

This buttons is displayed only if the logged in user is a System User.  Prompt the user if ”All” or ”Selected” batches need to be re-posted.  Applies only to batches in ”Undelivered” status or are in Downstream distributed state i.e. Status is ”Distributed” and Type is  ”Downstream”.

Clicking on this button results in the distribution process being executed for undelivered batches.

 

Note: Batches that cannot be distributed to Customer or FI would be set to Undelivered.  Bank can update the setup (define member FI routing #, check downstream correspondent flag, define customer accounts etc) and ”Rerun” the distribution process in order to distribute to customer or FI using the Repost button.

Prompt the user whether ”All” or ”Selected” batches should be exported.  Data is exported to NACHA formatted files. The System prompts the user to select the folder to which the file is to be saved.

Create/print a report on the displayed data.

 

In addition, right click options are available on a selected record.  The options displayed are determined by the record Type.
