Use this page to begin the process of adding a book transfer wherein transfers from one account to many accounts, many accounts to one account, both one time transfers and recurring transfers (scheduled).

Make a Recurring Transfer

 

 

One to Many Transfers

 

The following displays if the Debit One Account (one to many) option was selected.

 

Sending Account Section

This section identifies the account from which the amount is being transferred and the financial institution at which the account is located.

Receiving Account: This section identifies the accounts receiving the transferred amounts and the financial institutions at which they are located.

Many to One Transfers

 

The following displays if the Debit Many Accounts (many to one) option was selected.

 

Sending Accounts Section

This section identifies the accounts from which the amounts is being transferred and the financial institutions at which the accounts are located.

Receiving Account: This section identifies the account receiving the transferred amount and the financial institution at which it is located.

Recurring Transfers

 

In addition to the fields above, the following fields are displayed if the Make a Recurring Transfer option is selected.

 

Schedule: This section identifies when the transfers should occur.

End Date

Except On: This section indicates whether or not the transfer (of the selected type) should occur if the scheduled date falls on a holiday or non-business day. This determination is initially set at the financial institution level, but may be overridden at the customer level as follows:

Substitute Day: This section indicates the day the transfer should occur if its scheduled date is a holiday or non-business day and the transfers are not allowed on those days (the corresponding Holiday or Non-Business Days box is selected).

Previous Business Day indicates the transfer should be processed on the business day immediately before the scheduled date.

Next Business Day indicates the transfer should be processed on the business day immediately following the scheduled date.

Skip Payment indicates that you want to skip this occurrence of the transfer. The transfer will not be processed until the next scheduled date.

 

Icon/Button

Description

Creates the book transfer. Depending on how the financial institution has set the book transfer service parameters, displays either the Add Multi Book Transfer Verification page to allow you to verify the information entered or the Book Transfer Confirmation page.

Cancels the action and ignores any information that has been entered.
