The Quick Filter option is available and located above the table listing on each summary page. Users are able to filter the data displayed in the table by making value selections that limit the record data in the table being viewed.
In this example, the Quick Filter option from the ACH Summary page is used. The field names upon which you may filter data will change with each of the summary screens available in the system. Those shown on a particular screen will be relevant to the data available for display in the summary.

Click
at the right of the field to access a list of available
filter qualifier options. Choose from the list,
the qualifier that meets your requirements for this display of data. In
this example, the available qualifiers include:
All = Include data related all ACH types available to this user.
In = Include data related to the ACH types as selected by this user.
If the In value
is selected, click
to access the Select
Filter Values dialog. Choose the values in
the Available list and move them
to the Selected list using the
Add button. Click
OK to save your selection(s).
Click
to complete the filtering action. The
table is refreshed using the criteria selected for filtering.
In cases where the Profile
Name field is being used as the filter qualifier, a second selection
approach is available. The available qualifiers
include:
All = Include data related to all available values.
Equal To = Include data related to the values selected.
If the Equal To
value is selected, click
to access a list of Profiles currently set
up on the system. Select the profile name upon which the data filter should
be run.
Click
to complete the filtering action. The
table is refreshed using the criteria selected for filtering.
