Use this page to define a date and time to display in the summary table.
Your selection determines which records are selected or excluded from
the summary table. This page displays after you select Equal
To (=), On or After (>=),
or On or Before (<=) as the
Qualifier
for the date and time filter type and click 
in the Value(s)
column of the Filter Settings tab on the Environment
page.
