Use this page to define a range of dates with specific starting and
ending times to display in the summary table. Your selection determines
which records are selected or excluded from the summary table. This page
displays after you select Between
as the Qualifier
for a date and time filter type and click 
in the Value(s)
column of the Filter Settings tab on the Environment
page.

A blank entry in the From box designates everything less than or equal to the To value. A blank entry in the To box designates everything greater than or equal to the From value.
