User Administration Page

This page displays a table containing information about the users that have been set up for your organization.

This function is only available to corporate customer users who have been granted permission to administer the users within their organization.

Administrative users at the financial institution can also administer users at the corporate customers for which they are responsible. See the System Administration help system for more information.

User Summary Table

Use the Filters located above the summary to set the criteria that determines the amount of data that displays in the table.

From this page, you can perform many of the tasks related to managing the users within your organization. Click one of the following for step-by-step instructions on the tasks you can perform from this page.

Icon/Button

Description

Displays the Add User page for you to add a new customer user and specify the services they can use.

Displays a warning message asking you to verify that you want to delete the selected user.

Displays the Modify User page for you to make changes to the selected user.

Displays the View User page.

Refreshes the table with the most current data.

Displays the Find page for you to specify search information.

Displays the Environment page for you to set environment parameters.

Displays the Restore Deleted Users page for you to select the user you want to restore to an active status.

Displays the Add a User Using a Model page for you to create a new user based on information from the selected user. This icon is available only when a user is selected in the table.

Displays the Password Administration page for you to change the password for the selected user.

Accesses the Services and Activities dialog for the selected user.

Generates and displays the User Summary report. The information included on the report depends on the filters currently set for the User Administration page.
