When adding a book transfer that is similar to an existing transfer, you can use the Add Book Transfer Using a Model function. This provides you with a quick and efficient way to add new book transfers.
To add a book transfer using an existing book transfer as a model:
Select Book Transfer from the navigation bar.
Select Summary from the list of available categories to display the Book Transfer Summary page.
The Book Transfer Summary page contains one row for each transaction within a book transfer. Consequently, one to many and many to one book transfers are spread over multiple rows in the table. If you select a transaction from a multiple-transaction book transfer, all transactions display on the appropriate add page.
Select the book transfer on which you want to model the new transfer, and click .
The page that displays depends on the type of book transfer selected. For detailed information, see the Add Book Transfer Using a Model page.
NOTE: The names of all required fields are in bold text, and by default, are marked by an asterisk (*). In your configuration, the mark may be something other than an asterisk, as this feature is controlled by your financial institution.
Most fields contain information based on the book transfer being modeled. Change any of the information as appropriate for the new book transfer.
For new one time book transfers, you must enter a value date.
Click Submit to create the new book transfer.
