Check Management Summary Page

This page displays a table listing of all check management activity that you are permitted to view that matches the current filter selection criteria. It provides a summary of the requests and access to a detailed page for each request in the list.

If you wish to reduce or expand the data that displays in the summary list, use the Quick Filter fields located above the summary table.

The records are initially listed by ascending Entry Date, then ascending Status and Type; however, you can alternately configure this list via environmental settings to display in a way that is more meaningful to you.

Check Management Summary Table

The table contains a row about each request that occurred for the account. The request data can be sorted by any fields except Date/Time. The Date and Time the information in the table was received from the financial institution displays above the table.

Use the Filters located above the summary to set the criteria that determines the amount of data that displays in the table.

From this page, you can view detailed information about a check request, generate reports, and set certain parameters regarding how information displays on the page. Click one of the following for step-by-step instructions on the tasks you can perform from this page.

Using the right-click menu items, you can also cancel an existing stop payment request and view details of a request.

Description

Accesses the Cancel Stop Payment screen for the selected Stop Payment.  See Cancel Stop Payment Request for more information about cancelling a stop.

Displays the View Check Management Detail (Single Request) or View Check Management Detail (Multiple Requests) page of the selected request.

Updates the table with the most current data from the financial institution.

Displays the Find page for you to locate a value in a specified column or all columns.

Displays the Environment page for you to view, update, and save the filter, sort, and column settings for the Check Management Summary page.

Tip! Right-click a column heading to sort, filter, find, or hide the selected column.

Generates and displays the Check Management Summary Report. The information included on the report depends on the filters currently set for the Check Management Summary page.

Export the data contained in the summary to an external file, in CSV or Tab-separated format.
