Filter on a Date/Time Range

To define a range of dates with specific starting and ending times for data in the summary table:

  1. Click from the page toolbar to display the Environment page, and then click the Filter Settings tab.

  2. Click in the Qualifier column that corresponds to the Date/Time field on which you want to filter, and then select Between from the list of available options.

Qualifiers are Boolean operators used in conjunction with both the Filter and Value(s) columns.

  1. Click in the Value(s) column to display the Select Filter Values for Date/Time Range page for you to define specific values for the range.

  2. Type the earliest or starting date in the From Date box or click the From Date and select the desired date from the calendar pop-up. Refer to how to Enter a Date Using the Calendar Page for more information.

  3. Type the earliest or beginning time in the From Time box or click the From Time and select the starting time from the drop-down list.

A blank entry in the From box designates everything less than or equal to the To value. A blank entry in the To box designates everything greater than or equal to the From value.

  1. Type the latest or ending date in the To Date box or click the To Date and select the desired date from the calendar pop-up.

  2. Type the latest or ending time in the To Time box or click the To Time and select the desired ending time from the drop-down list.

  1. Click OK to display the entered date and time values in the Date/Time Value cell on the Filter Settings tab. The range displays as From Date Time - To Date Time.

  2. Click OK on the Environment page to display the summary table with the filtered data for this session only. You can also save and cancel filter settings from this page.

    Save the filter(s). Refer to Save Environment Settings for details on saving filters.

     

    Cancel any changes made to the Environment page.

     

    Revert to your previously saved filter settings.
